Ingredients:
- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the carrots. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the maple syrup and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked carrots to the skillet and toss to coat them in the maple glaze. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
