Maple Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped butternut squash, olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss until the squash is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the squash out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
