Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of ground beef
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of beef broth

  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Add in the beef broth and simmer for a few minutes until the liquid has reduced.
  5. Layer the ground beef mixture in a baking dish, then spread the mashed potatoes on top.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the Hachis Parmentier cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
