Gâteau au yaourt moelleux

Ingredients:

  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Slowly add the flour and baking powder, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually pour in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract, stirring until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy!
