Gâteau au yaourt moelleux
Ingredients:
- 1 natural yogurt
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the yogurt and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Slowly add the flour and baking powder, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually pour in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract, stirring until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy!
