Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned.
  3. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the skillet with the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
  5. Top each stuffed bell pepper with shredded cheese.
  6. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
