Loaded Baked Potato Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Pierce the potatoes with a fork a few times.
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour, or until they are fork-tender.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze them to open them up.
  6. Fluff the inside of each potato with a fork.
  7. Top each potato with shredded cheese, sour cream, bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  8. Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your loaded baked potatoes!
