Loaded Baked Potato Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Pierce the potatoes with a fork a few times.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour, or until they are fork-tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze them to open them up.
- Fluff the inside of each potato with a fork.
- Top each potato with shredded cheese, sour cream, bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy your loaded baked potatoes!
