Cranberry Stir-fry with Paprika

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cranberries and paprika, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
