Cranberry Stir-fry with Paprika
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh cranberries
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cranberries and paprika, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
