Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chestnut flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chestnut flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and rosemary.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
