- 2 cups chestnut flour

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chestnut flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and rosemary.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
