Cranberry Tart with Cumin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 pre-made tart crust

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Cranberry Filling

  1. In a saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries, sugar, water, and ground cumin.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 2: Assemble the Tart

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the pre-made tart crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Pour the cranberry filling into the tart crust, spreading it evenly.

Step 3: Bake the Tart

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
