Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 packet of instant yeast
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of warm water
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the chopped spinach and coriander to the flour mixture. Stir to combine.
- Add the olive oil and warm water to the mixture. Knead the dough until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the spinach bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing and serving.
