Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet of instant yeast
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of warm water

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the chopped spinach and coriander to the flour mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the olive oil and warm water to the mixture. Knead the dough until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake the spinach bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing and serving.
