Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add Brussels sprouts and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well to coat the Brussels sprouts evenly.
- Cover the pan and let the Brussels sprouts cook for another 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
