Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
  4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well to coat the Brussels sprouts evenly.
  5. Cover the pan and let the Brussels sprouts cook for another 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
