Ingredients:

  • 2 leeks, washed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced leeks and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Sprinkle nutmeg over the leeks and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or over rice or quinoa.
