Ingredients:
- 2 leeks, washed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced leeks and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle nutmeg over the leeks and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or over rice or quinoa.
