Instructions:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain the broccoli and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- Toss the broccoli with the dressing until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the salad and serve chilled.
