Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh cranberries
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add cranberries, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries start to pop.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite protein.
