Cranberry Gratin with Sage Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in chopped sage and remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
- Transfer cranberry mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
