Cranberry Gratin with Sage Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in chopped sage and remove from heat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
  5. Transfer cranberry mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
