Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add Brussels sprouts and cook until they start to caramelize, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Pour in vegetable broth and maple syrup, stirring to combine.

  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
