Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
