Mushroom Hash with Maple Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
