Mushroom Hash with Maple Syrup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb mushrooms, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
