Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the Brussels sprouts in a large pot of salted water for 5-7 minutes, until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over them.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the sprouts are tender.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
