Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the Brussels sprouts in a large pot of salted water for 5-7 minutes, until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over them.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the sprouts are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
