Ingredients:
- 2 cups of chopped spinach
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- Stir in vanilla extract, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or on top of toast.
