Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of chopped spinach
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or on top of toast.
