Spinach Hash with Vanilla Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of diced potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until they are translucent.
  4. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
