Spinach Hash with Vanilla Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until they are translucent.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in vanilla extract and season with salt and pepper to taste.
