Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and thyme, cook until mushrooms are tender
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
