Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent
- Add the sliced mushrooms and thyme, cook until mushrooms are tender
- Season with salt and pepper
- Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown
- Serve hot and enjoy!
