Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the cooked ground beef, rice, diced tomatoes, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the bell peppers, filling them to the top.
  5. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
