Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Combine the cooked ground beef, rice, diced tomatoes, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into the bell peppers, filling them to the top.
- Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
