Shrimp Tacos Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges
- Salsa and sour cream for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture and add to the skillet.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, then topping with cabbage, avocado, cilantro, salsa, and sour cream.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
