Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Cooked pasta or rice for serving
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and shrimp to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the white wine, chicken broth, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice to the skillet. Allow the sauce to simmer and reduce by half.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
