Ingredients:
- 1 lb. white fish (such as tilapia or cod)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the fish with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
Mango Salsa:
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Assembly:
- Place a spoonful of mango salsa on each tortilla.
