Classic Cheeseburger Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion slices for toppings
  • Salt and pepper
  • Ketchup and mustard

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill or skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Divide ground beef into 4 equal parts and shape into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook patties on grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes each side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.
  5. Toast hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or until light golden brown.
  6. Assemble the cheeseburgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  7. Add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices on top of the patty.
  8. Squirt ketchup and mustard on the top bun then place it on top of the toppings to finish off the cheeseburger.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your classic cheeseburger!
