Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and half of the milk until smooth.
- Gradually add the remaining milk, melted butter, salt, and sugar (if using) to the mixture and continue whisking until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the skillet, swirling it around to spread evenly.
- Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the crêpe and cook the other side for another minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crêpes as you go.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as Nutella, fruit, whipped cream, or jam.
