Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and half of the milk until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the remaining milk, melted butter, salt, and sugar (if using) to the mixture and continue whisking until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter onto the skillet, swirling it around to spread evenly.
  5. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the crêpe and cook the other side for another minute.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crêpes as you go.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as Nutella, fruit, whipped cream, or jam.
