Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the seasoned cauliflower to a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cauliflower.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
