Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the seasoned cauliflower to a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cauliflower.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
