Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.

Press mixture onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in sour cream and pour mixture over crust.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set.

Remove from oven and let cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
