Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 4 oz of semisweet chocolate
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp of flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease four ramekins.
  2. Melt the butter and semisweet chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs and egg yolks one at a time.
  5. Stir in the flour, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before running a knife around the edges and inverting onto a plate.
  9. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
