Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 4 oz of semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 tbsp of flour
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease four ramekins.
- Melt the butter and semisweet chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs and egg yolks one at a time.
- Stir in the flour, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for a few minutes before running a knife around the edges and inverting onto a plate.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
