Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices. Wash and dry the basil leaves.
- Assemble the salad: Alternate tomato, mozzarella, and basil leaves on a large platter or individual plates.
