Grilled Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
