Taco Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 lime, sliced
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the black beans and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Layer cooked rice, beef and bean mixture, cherry tomatoes, corn, avocado, cheese, and cilantro in a serving bowl.
- Top with sour cream, salsa, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Serve and enjoy!
