Taco Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 lime, sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Stir in the black beans and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Layer cooked rice, beef and bean mixture, cherry tomatoes, corn, avocado, cheese, and cilantro in a serving bowl.
  5. Top with sour cream, salsa, and a squeeze of lime juice.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
