Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill, meat side down, and cook for about 30 minutes.
  6. Flip the ribs over and brush generously with BBQ sauce.
  7. Cook for another 30 minutes, brushing with more BBQ sauce every 10 minutes.
  8. Once the ribs are cooked through and the meat is tender, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
