Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the ribs on the grill, meat side down, and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Flip the ribs over and brush generously with BBQ sauce.
- Cook for another 30 minutes, brushing with more BBQ sauce every 10 minutes.
- Once the ribs are cooked through and the meat is tender, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
