Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges for serving
- Sour cream or salsa for serving
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
- Assemble tacos by layering shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and avocado on each tortilla.
- Serve with lime wedges, sour cream, and salsa on the side. Enjoy!
