Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
