Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
