Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 2 cups canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- Beat in eggs and stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
- Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
