Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  3. Beat in eggs and stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
  4. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
