Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and continue to heat until the sauce is smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Brush the lemon butter over the grilled salmon fillets before serving.
