Pâte à crêpes facile

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  4. Stir in the melted butter.
  5. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
  7. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, swirling it around to coat the bottom evenly.
  8. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  9. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as Nutella, jam, or fresh fruit.
