Gâteau au yaourt moelleux Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 yogurt pot (use the empty yogurt pot to measure the rest of the ingredients)
  • 2 pots of sugar
  • 3 pots of flour
  • 1 pot of vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until creamy.
  3. Add the yogurt, flour, oil, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy!
