Gâteau au yaourt moelleux Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 yogurt pot (use the empty yogurt pot to measure the rest of the ingredients)
- 2 pots of sugar
- 3 pots of flour
- 1 pot of vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until creamy.
- Add the yogurt, flour, oil, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy!
