Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the olive oil mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and serve hot.
