Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the olive oil mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the salmon from the grill and serve hot.
