Taco Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Layer black beans, cooked rice, shredded lettuce, and ground beef mixture in a serving bowl.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, diced avocado, salsa, and sour cream.
