Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mix all over the ribs, coating them evenly.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side, or until they are browned and slightly charred.
- Brush the BBQ sauce on the ribs, coating them generously.
- Continue to grill the ribs, brushing with more sauce every 5 minutes, until they are cooked through and tender, about 1-1.5 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Slice the ribs between the bones and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
