Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, zucchini, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour soy sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice for a complete meal.
