Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and beef broth. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer beef mixture to a baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the beef mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
