Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and beef broth. Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Transfer beef mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Spread mashed potatoes over the beef mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
