Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
