Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of chicken thighs
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F.
- Dredge the marinated chicken thighs in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Carefully place the chicken thighs in the hot oil and fry for about 6-8 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried chicken from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
