Ingredients:
- 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Arrange the sliced pears in the baking dish and pour the butter and sugar mixture over them.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the pears.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, and salt together.
- Add the milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the pears in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pears are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
