Recipe: Cranberry Casserole with Paprika

Ingredients:
– 1 bag of fresh cranberries
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1 cup of chopped pecans
– 1 tablespoon of paprika
– 1/2 cup of orange juice
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Prepare the cranberries: Wash and drain the cranberries, then place them in a baking dish.

3. Add sugar and spices: Sprinkle the sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the cranberries.

4. Orange juice: Pour the orange juice over the cranberries and mix well to coat them evenly.

5. Top with pecans: Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the cranberries.

6. Melted butter: Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.

7. Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

8. Uncover and bake: Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries are soft and the nuts are toasted.
