Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower
- Chop the cauliflower into small florets.
- Place the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
Step 2: Cook the Cauliflower Hash
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower rice, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
Step 3: Garnish and Serve
- Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot as a side dish or as a filling for tacos or burritos.
